Lív Boutique was founded by Sophie Gordon, a French–New Zealand model and mother to a little girl named Sofia Lív.

With a lifelong love for French skincare, Sophie created Lív Boutique to share the quality and effectiveness that make French beauty so special.

Sophie began modeling at 17 and spent years working with major beauty brands. These experiences taught her to value skincare that is effective, pure, and beautifully designed — products that care for the skin and turn daily routines into small moments of pleasure.

After moving to Iceland, she noticed that French beauty products were hard to find in local stores and pharmacies. Most options came from the US, the UK, or Scandinavia. Wanting to offer something new, she founded Lív Boutique — named after her daughter — to bring Iceland a curated selection of natural, sustainable, and cruelty-free French beauty brands.

Today, Lív embodies the essence of French beauty: pure, simple, and timeless — created with care for both people and the planet.
